Families with children attending Overstone Combined School can enjoy the convenience of our wrap-around care clubs. We offer a before-school (Sunrisers) club complete with a nourishing breakfast, engaging after-school clubs, and extended after-school care (Sunsetters). Enjoy the flexibility of booking hourly, with an optional light meal available.
Our after-school clubs operate from 3:15 to 4:30 pm, with a second session running from 4:30 to 5:00 pm. If you’d like your child to join in, simply proceed to book them for an activity. We provide a secure and joyful childcare experience, with a strong emphasis on enjoyment and the formation of cherished memories. Our holiday clubs are active during every break, offering a wide variety of activities for children to relish. Each day is thoughtfully filled with planned activities, ensuring a mix of fun, active, sporty, and creative adventures.
Children eligible for Benefit-related Free School Meals have the opportunity to select a specific number of days during each HAF programme cycle without any cost. This initiative, funded by the Department for Education, is designed to support eligible families during school holiday periods.
Understanding the challenges that arise during school breaks, we’re excited to offer the completely FREE HAF Programme at our venue, hosted at Overstone Combined School. This programme spans across Christmas, Easter, and summer, with a return planned for Summer 2024.
Running from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, our HAF Programme provides a diverse range of engaging activities throughout the day, ensuring that all children can participate and have fun every day.

All of our Ofsted registered settings can accept childcare vouchers. We can accept Tax Credits, childcare vouchers or CCG Payments.
When making a booking, click “childcare-vouchers” at the checkout payment option. Once the booking has been made visit the childcare voucher company or government account choosing any of our settings to make payment and reference your child’s name.

Yes. To pay via universal credits, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking and then you will need to forward your invoice to Universal Credit to claim back the cost of your booking.

Each venue has a specific timetable on the booking page full of sports, crafts and other fun activities
When children attend, they can have a free choice of what they would like to pick. They can choose to take part in the club on the timetable or play outside, take part in a crafts activity or play with the games/lego.

Please provide your child with snacks, lunch and drinks. We also ask that they are dressed appropriately for the weather. In the summer they attend wearing sun cream.

The HAF programme is funded by the Department for Education to provide additional support to eligible families to access holiday activities. Children who are eligible for Benefit related Free School Meals can book places below by choosing days they want to attend.
