Join the Fun at S4A Holiday Clubs at Brill Church of England School!

Looking for an exciting way to keep your children active and engaged this February Half Term? Look no further! S4A is excited to announce our next Holiday Club at Brill, running from Monday, 17th February to Thursday, 20th February. Our Holiday Clubs are open to all children aged between 4-13 (Reception – Year 8). Your child does not have to attend the school.

Here’s what we have in store:

Sports and Games: From team sports to skill-building challenges, there’s something for everyone.

Outdoor Adventures: Fresh air and fun with a variety of outdoor games and explorations.

Arts and Crafts: Let their imaginations run wild with creative and colourful art projects.

Themed Days: Unique themes to keep things exciting!

 

Although we aren’t running at Brill for the Christmas holidays, the nearest venue we’re open at is Grendon Underwood, where we will be offering our Holiday Club experience. Don’t miss out on all the festive fun and engaging activities—we’d love to see you there!

Our Holiday Clubs are designed to provide a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where every child can laugh, learn, and make memories to last a lifetime. Whether they’re exploring new hobbies or making new friends, our Holiday Clubs are the perfect place to spend the school holidays.

Wrap Around Care

If you have children that attend Brill Church of England School, then you can take full advantage of our Wraparound Care. We offer a before-school (sunrisers) club, which includes a fresh and nutritious breakfast and an extended after-school care provision (sunsetters).

Our program is fully child-led, meaning children choose their daily activities, ensuring they always engage in something they love. We offer five key themes to inspire creativity, activity, and teamwork: See below what your child may get up to

 

Pricing Options

We offer a variety of pick-up times to fit your schedule:

  • End of school – 4:30 pm: £6.50 (no meal)
  • End of school – 5:00 pm: £8.50 (no meal)
  • End of school – 5:30 pm: £10.50 (no meal)
  • End of school – 5:30 pm (with light meal): £13.00
  • End of school – 6:00 pm: £12.50 (no meal)
  • End of school – 6:00 pm (with light meal): £15.00
  • 4:30 pm- 5:00 pm – £2
  • 4:30 pm- 5:30 pm – £4
  • 4:30 pm- 5:30 pm (with light meal) – £6.50
  • 4:30 pm- 6:00 pm – £6
  • 4:30 pm- 6:00 pm (with light meal) – £8.50

HAF Programme at Brill Church of England

Children eligible for Benefit-related Free School Meals can choose a certain number of days without any charge during each HAF programme cycle. This initiative, funded by the Department for Education, is designed to support eligible families during holiday periods.

We understand the challenges of school breaks, which is why we’re excited to offer the completely FREE HAF Programme at our venue. Operating at Brill CofE School, the programme runs during Christmas, Easter, and summer, with a return scheduled for summer 2024.

Running from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, our HAF Programme provides a variety of engaging activities throughout the day, ensuring all children can get involved and have fun every day.

Booking FAQs

All of our Ofsted registered settings can accept childcare vouchers. We can accept Tax Credits, childcare vouchers or CCG Payments.

When making a booking, click “childcare-vouchers” at the checkout payment option. Once the booking has been made visit the childcare voucher company or government account choosing any of our settings to make payment and reference your child’s name.

Please search ‘S4A Group Ltd’ or ‘S4A Sports Ltd.’ You may not see your child’s specific school on the list but you can make a payment to any of our settings.

We ask that payment is made within 24 hours.

Yes. To pay via universal credits, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking and then you will need to forward your invoice to Universal Credit to claim back the cost of your booking.

In the note section of the booking, you can write any information you think we may need regarding your child or booking.

For the most up-to-date prices head over to our parent portal.

We highly reccomend that your child brings a snack with them.

They will have this as soon as they arrive to the club.

Each venue has a specific timetable on the booking page full of  sports, crafts and other fun activities

When children attend, they can have a free choice of what they would like to pick. They can choose to take part in the club on the timetable or play outside, take part in a crafts activity or play with the games/lego.

Holiday Club FAQs

Children from 4 years old (in School) until the end of year 8 can attend.

Please provide your child with snacks, lunch and drinks. We also ask that they are dressed appropriately for the weather. In the summer they attend wearing sun cream.

No! Your children can attend any one of our Holiday Club Venues.

No! Your child does not have to attend to school. They are welcome to attend any of our Holiday Club venues.

HAF Club FAQ's

To book your children onto our Haf Programme, please select on of our HAF Programme schools.

Your child’s school will email or send you a letter which will contain your child’s unique HAF number.

HAF sessions are 09:00-15:00

Yes your child will receive a hot lunch. We do ask that you provide your children with a drink and snacks.

Please enter your HAF code in the notes section along with your password.

We run our HAF Clubs every Easter, Summer and Christmas Half Terms. They will not be run in any other half terms.

The HAF programme is funded by the Department for Education to provide additional support to eligible families to access holiday activities.  Children who are eligible for Benefit related Free School Meals can book places below by choosing days they want to attend.  

Yes, please provide snack and a water bottle that can be refilled by a member of the team.
No! Your children can attend any one of our venues.
We accept children from ages 5-13/ Reception-End of year 8. If your child is 4 and in Nursery, please contact info@s4aclub.co.uk so we can advise which venue they can attend.
This programme is for children who receive benefit related free school meals. If you are unsure please contact your school.
Unfortunately not, the universal free school meals are not benefit related free school meals. If you are eligible, you will receive a code from the school.
