As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll create campaigns and communications that connect with parents, schools, and the community.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop and execute engaging content aligned with S4A’s key marketing pillars.
- Design social media posts, videos, and graphics using Canva, ensuring brand consistency across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create diverse content types, including videography, photography, blog posts, newsletters, and behind-the-scenes features, to showcase S4A’s activities, services, and team.
- Add your creative flair to the marketing strategy, ensuring it feels fresh, authentic, and relatable to our audience.
Social Media Management
- Manage S4A’s social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn), crafting content tailored to each audience.
- Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and platform updates to keep strategies current and impactful.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
Digital Marketing & CRM
- Manage email marketing campaigns via Hubspot and Gmail.
- Use CRM tools to track customer journeys, refine campaigns, and enhance customer retention.
- Improve SEO rankings through strategic content updates, keyword optimisation, and website enhancements.
Community Engagement
- Actively promote local partnerships, events, and collaborations to enhance S4A’s brand visibility.
- Build trust with customers through authentic engagement.
Event & Physical Marketing
- Create promotional materials in line with Marketing Strategies
- Plan and execute physical marketing events, including school assemblies, to boost visibility and drive engagement.
Data & Reporting
- Analyse campaign performance, audience engagement, and booking trends to improve marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine the customer journey and address pain points based on data insights.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in childcare, education, or sports.
- Strong communication and creative design skills.
- Experience in developing and delivering content strategies.
- Experience in CRM tools and platforms (e.g., Hubspot).
Desirable Qualifications & Skills
- Level 3 Digital Marketing Qualification or equivalent.
- Previous work experience with children or sports.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance and improve campaigns.
- Knowledge of best practices for physical and digital marketing campaigns.
